      Pros

      My immediate boss is amazing.

      Cons

      Forced to buy their scrubs. The computer system is absolutely awful to deal with. The “benefits” are horrible. Insurance is triple any competitive company and covers less, only holidays are Christmas Day and thanksgiving (if you’re lucky to get it off). Mileage pay is below even government recommendation.

      Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

      Cons

      When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
