Pros

You’ll love this place if you’re not afraid to work. Recent hire but thus far, everyone is super nice, supportive management, clear expectations, and corporate offices are unbelievably clean and pleasant.

Cons

Benefits are good but likely more costly than similar sized companies.

Pros

Everyone is incredibly supportive and always takes the time to answer my questions. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged for being new, which has made the experience very welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many engaging and enjoyable activities throughout the internship. Abby has been an outstanding mentor and a great resource. I truly appreciate how supportive the company is overall, and I would highly recommend this internship program to others.

Pros

Mostly friendly coworkers and DON tries her absolute hardest. I don’t know how the admins do this every day. They do often say they’re on the verge of walkout.

Cons

Multiple administrative staff are having to cover the halls DAILY. This is in addition to your call week which can include nights and weekends on top of your 8-5. I truly do not understand how I would ever get my actual work done. Been hired a month and have not been trained the first thing regarding my role because we’re all too busy trying to take care of residents. This place literally is just struggling to survive day by day hour by hour.
