In my experience, expectations were not clearly communicated and scheduling decisions could change without timely notice or follow-through. Attempts to clarify or resolve issues were often met with limited response or delayed communication, which made it difficult to feel supported in the role.
The work itself is what you would expect in this field—demanding but meaningful—but the environment created unnecessary stress due to inconsistent leadership and lack of professionalism in handling staff concerns.
I think this facility could benefit from stronger communication practices, more consistent management, and a more respectful approach to staff interactions.
