Cons
An extremely high turnover rate. This puts added stress on already overworked and understaffed employees. As management just push added work on to team members. There is no accountability between management and their failing policies. No communication between anyone just confusion. Promotions are not based on job performance or merit, they are based on who you know. Terrible benefits package that is purposefully withheld from you during interview process. Ask about the High benefit premiums and PTO policy before accepting. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would advise you to run if offered a job here. This is from the Corporate level to the facilities it is a mess. This is a case study on how NOT to run a company.
