      Really enjoyed working with my coworkers

      The executives are off centered. They expect that you can build a Tesla by using parts from KIA and being micromanaged and bullied by the Management Team. Something is just missing in the mentality. They treat their IT workers just as mean and cruel as they treat their nursing staff. At first I use to wonder why the staff would heavily leave and quit on a daily basis, it did not take long at all for me to find out.... and the 401K plan --- is nothing more than a joke. God blessed the day, I put my resume on monster , and it took less than 5 hours to be invited to an interview with a much better company -- where I still work today.

      Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

      Cons

      Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
