There are some really great people that work for Pruitt, so the team you're setup with will more than likely be an enjoyable experience.
Cons
The training, onboarding, working conditions, management, and working environment were not ideal. I had to share a closet sized office with another teammate with little to no support in the role I was hired for

Pros
Wonderful company and team. I love being part of an organization that cares about their partners and growing from within.
Cons
Wonderful transition. I don’t have any cons to report.
Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed
Cons
Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
