Terrible management of this company - policies and procedures change like the wind - turnover is none like I have ever seen anywhere. Corporate offset meetings are drunk-fests. Senior leadership are always in fear of losing their jobs -- great case study of disfunction and how not to run a corporation. Culture is a mantra of "sayings" that are repeated daily each day/shift -- almost like a continuing scene from the "Stepford Wives"
