Pros
Working with co-workers and the patients!
Cons
-Bad CEO, who doesn't know a hole in the wall from his butt hole! -Too many yes men in management! - They have yet again cut a Floor nurse and staff nurse from all the facilities, this by placing more work on already overworked staff nurses and CNA's! -Food quality for residents just barely meets poor standard ie not enough, repeated menu items in the same week, and not overall healthy ( a homeless person eats better than this ) - Company is more worried about the look of a building, rather than the patients and staff! - CEO is the Governors one biggest contributors to his campaign and also spends $$ for lobbying! - Too many of the barely met facilities either spend little in fines ( a few thousand ) or none at all! - Company's insurance is a vulture now, can't go to CVS, publix, or Walmart and get cheaper meds: you are forced to wait for them to come into the mail or if you really need them in a few days you better be ready to spend BIG, especially for those who need Blood Pressure Meds or Heart Medications! - PTO is a joke as it barely occurs! - Pay-Raise.....what .30~.40 cents for Most RN's and very few LPN's, and CNA's dont make me laugh one person only got .05 cents raise with an AVG of work performance grade of 4.5! - No incentive's to working extra overtime! - No Overtime unless the management doesn't want to work the floor! - If you don't watch your time, they will steal it from you to cut overtime hours down!
