      Pros

      Pruitt is a great place to work. I was lucky to be in the finance team for some time and the feel is that of a family. Sometimes that’s seen as a red flag but in the case I can assure there was proper support in place.

      Cons

      Smaller teams can mean longer wait for promotions, and raises maybe aren’t the best. Again, being in corporate is a bit different than the overall size of the company. High turnover on some teams Also, it seemed odd that corporate wouldn’t have some holidays in case we had to support our nursing facilities..

      Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

      Cons

      Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
