      Pros

      Pruitt isn't cheap when it comes to hourly wages and shift differentials for RNs. You WILL make bank here.

      Cons

      However, the enormous patient load with zero regard for acuity, lack of sufficient supplies needed to give care, being constantly asked to pick up shifts, and working with the room temp in the upper 70s somewhat negates the high hourly rates. If you're the kind of person who can compartmentalize, you'll succeed here. I wanted it to work out, but I couldn't handle the stress.

      Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

      Cons

      Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
