      Pros

      Absolutely none at all that I could see.

      Cons

      Individual locations have no management or leadership what so ever. Extremely low pay for Certified Nursing Assistants. Poor Customer Service from employee stand point or Resident/Family Member stand point. Care of residents leaves much to be desired. No standard policy and procedures in place. Each location is individually run by Administrators who have no control of the buildings or what goes on in them. Poor communication between staff members.

      Pros

      Everyone is incredibly supportive and always takes the time to answer my questions. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged for being new, which has made the experience very welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many engaging and enjoyable activities throughout the internship. Abby has been an outstanding mentor and a great resource. I truly appreciate how supportive the company is overall, and I would highly recommend this internship program to others.
