I would describe PruTech as a firm where true professionals can thrive in a way that no other organization allows. PruTech embraces, encourages, and allows professionals to infinitely explore their entrepreneurial instincts and talents. This firm's only limitations is of that of your own will. I have never worked for, or known of, a firm to allow so much latitude to operate on your own terms.

The negative aspects of PruTech are the same as its positive ones. The uniqueness of the open aspects of how you are allowed to operate cause a period of adjustment. You are not limited or defined by your job title and you are expected to focus on the end goal of customer success. If you are looking for a role where you are given constant direction and need the traditional structure of more rigid and less agile firms, this culture may not be what you are looking for.
