Pros
Employees enjoy unlimited freedom to pursue revenue generating partnerships within both the public and private sectors. Very extensive active client project list that provides endless opportunities to learn about various industries and technologies. The company does a great job hiring positive people that work well within both self-directed and teamwork based initiatives. There is always someone available to help out whenever additional hands or brainpower is needed. Extremely deep experience pool available from all of the Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, the Sr. VP, and the CEO. There is always someone smarter in the room to learn from, which is a huge positive for individuals from all levels within their personal career development path.
Cons
Culture is built around full autonomy of its team members pursuing strategic partnerships and enterprise level engagements with little involvement from senior leadership until later stages of the process. This type of environment provides great opportunity for self-starters, but there is room for growth within the middle tier management layer to support talented individuals that fall outside of the "Type A" personality group.
