Pros

Nice money, Some decent people to work with. Managers not so much.

Cons

No consideration for people or personal issues. No feed back for performance or direction in what needs to be improved. Management team insults and berates persons, talks you down to your fellow co-workers. Overall not a good place to work if you wish sound mental health.

Pros

1/ As you'd guess, the company is dedicated to mental health and well-being! As an ex-employee, I appreciated being part of an organization that contributes positively to the field of psychology and helps individuals access mental health resources. 2/ The company fosters a flexible work environment, allowing employees to maintain a good work-life balance. This flexibility might include (depending on your role) options for remote work or flexible hours. 3/ PT does really value the growth of its employees. There are ample opportunities for professional development, including workshops, training sessions, and support for pursuing further education or certifications in the field.

Cons

1/ One of the "cons" was the occasional challenges in communication between different teams or departments. 2/ Depending on the department or role, there might be periods of high workload variability. This resulted in some employees --myself included-- feeling overwhelmed during peak times while experiencing slower periods during off-peak seasons.
