Pros

Schedule flexibility, support from fellow DM's, good salary, and coaching employees.

Cons

Sadly as soon as we got a new Regional targeted for termination. Zero support or development from supervisor who only spent time with you when his supervisors were in town. Terminated with no explanation or previous documentation. They constantly have req's open and try to sell you that they're looking to get people on the bench for support but as soon as done with training someone is getting let go. Conference calls are relentless, repetitive and are just punishment for underperformance. People regurgitate the same thing weekly. Complete waste of time and takes away from being in field. Stock option but was terminated a week before I was eligible to get my 100 shares so I got nothing after being there for three years.

Pros

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Great atmosphere, amazing support and teamwork! DM 0325 Krisitina is phenomenal when it comes to her role, support and associate encouragement. No micromanagement, and you are fully handed all the tools you need to be successful in this company. Pay is fair and hours very reasonable. Job duties are simple and the company stands firmly behind true customer service!

I'm genuinely grateful to be part of the Public Storage family. From the very beginning, I've felt supported, encouraged, and welcomed by everyone I've had the opportunity to work with. A special thank you to Javon, our District Manager, whose leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for the team have made a lasting impression on me. His positive attitude and commitment to helping others succeed create an environment where people want to do their best. I'd also like to recognize Akia, my trainer, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She has made my onboarding experience enjoyable and has given me the confidence to grow in my role every day. I'm also thankful for Jimmy, Bree, Tabitha, Kevin, and every other Public Storage team member I've worked alongside. Each person has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to share their knowledge. Working with such an amazing group of people has shown me what a strong team culture looks like, and I know I'll have the opportunity to meet and learn from many more incredible coworkers as my journey continues. What excites me most is knowing that I've found a company where I can build a long-term career. It's rare to find a workplace that values its people while also providing opportunities to grow, and I truly believe Public Storage is a place where I can continue to learn, contribute, and eventually retire after a fulfilling career. Thank you again for making me feel like part of the team. I'm proud to be here, and I'm excited for everything the future holds with Public Storage.
