Pros
Coming from a big box retail background I find this position a breath of fresh air. The work life balance is a huge plus for me. Public Storage recruits the best talent for the DM position and promotes within. It is a very team oriented place to work that fosters healthy competition among peers. It is a place where everyone is willing to help and share ideas to drive success not just for individuals but for the company.
Cons
No real cons. You will engage with customers as needed to solve elevated issues. The job certainly has its challenges but the rewards are beneficial.
