No room for growth, the upper management only cares about getting their bonus... Btw store level employees do not get commission not bonuses or even raises as of 2018. Oh but you beat believe the district manager get a big enough bonus every year to but a brand new vehicle out right...The hound you in selling merch insurance and locks.. however it is a catch 22 they tell you no one walks... But don't you dare not get that merch lock and insurance!! Therir management does not give a damn about their employees, or customers .everyday you have to sit and listen to a conference call and it always the same subject... You are failing as a district and it's not acceptable... Their is no positivity in this job... Only negative. They are shady as hell and manipulative to their customers. They use bait and switch tactics. This company will suck the soul and will to live right out of you!!!
