Pros
The health benefits were pretty decent Being able to incorporate exercise with work was great, meeting new people daily and being able to put smiles on faces that walked in scared, sad, and upset was the best part of the job
Cons
Working from 930-6 was a downer especially, traveling about an hour for work everyday when there was a location up the street from my home. They took away getting a yearly bonus because some employees where not getting them (but it was based on a number of things). I went out on medical for about a week and they posted that my office was hiring while I was out. When i came back they had me train my replacement for twos day then walked in on a Tuesday, saying your fired. My direct district manager tried to explain why but her boss (standing there) told her no need too explain she needs to go.
