*Scripts: PS has come up with several scripts that they want you to memorize to use in daily interactions with the customers,they insist on "role-playing" during visits and have you sign that you will learn these scripts..... *Google: PS has stepped away from providing customer service,and is now pushing the employees to have customers write reviews on Google. As an associate,you are expected to pass out a card asking for a review, and keep track of how many you gave out with how many you expect to receive a review from.... *Bonus: What bonus?? When I first started,we received bonuses every quarter....then it went to monthly...now its ONCE a year...and that is ONLY if you are within the high ranking.... This company is not geared towards the customers or the employees. As an employee you are expected to produce numbers which boosts the upper management pockets.
