Pros
Title and opportunity to put your experience in action
Cons
Worse benefits (very expensive), only 3 paid holidays, 20 PTO days but that includes sick time and of course all other holidays you don’t get but your family does. Closed minded on changes for improvements, very old culture mentality. If you are in a group age of 40 less don’t come here... forget it! Most people have been here for a long time and it is a constant struggle for them to adapt to change, they even feel it is ok to treat you without respect and your future way to move up is just staggered by the fact that most people that have been there for long have the high titles/pay/ and want to work forever! Amazingly you do 10 times more than they do, faster and better but all you get is constant opposition! Also, if you don’t have kids stay even further away! They will make you work even during National Emergency! The whole culture and vibe doesn’t feel fluid and good, they might offer you a higher title and even salary because that’s the only way they can make people from other more “modern” industries to go there or most importantly younger people, but at the end of the day you deal with people that deep to their core won’t change.
