Pros

Usually pretty easy work, ability to work independently and autonomously, no boss breathing down your neck, other co-workers are helpful, good facilities.

Cons

Too many different tasks to complete throughout the day. Although easy work, there is just too much work for one person to complete for this amount of pay. Very minimal pay. Hard to get time off. Other cons include dealing with bad customers who break rules and live out of units. Having to be the bad guy and evict homeless drug addicts who aren't happy with you. Have to meet sales quotas and push un-needed insurance and packing supplies on customers. Also having to push customers for Internet Reviews when most just want to get their unit and be done with the process. Very little help from management with billing discrencies. Too large of a company takes to long for disputes to get handled, meanwhile you're the sounding board for angry customers while they wait to get resolution to problems. TOo many calls to make per week. Repetitive work. Minimal pay. Very little room for advancment.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Great atmosphere, amazing support and teamwork! DM 0325 Krisitina is phenomenal when it comes to her role, support and associate encouragement. No micromanagement, and you are fully handed all the tools you need to be successful in this company. Pay is fair and hours very reasonable. Job duties are simple and the company stands firmly behind true customer service!

Pros

I'm genuinely grateful to be part of the Public Storage family. From the very beginning, I've felt supported, encouraged, and welcomed by everyone I've had the opportunity to work with. A special thank you to Javon, our District Manager, whose leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for the team have made a lasting impression on me. His positive attitude and commitment to helping others succeed create an environment where people want to do their best. I'd also like to recognize Akia, my trainer, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She has made my onboarding experience enjoyable and has given me the confidence to grow in my role every day. I'm also thankful for Jimmy, Bree, Tabitha, Kevin, and every other Public Storage team member I've worked alongside. Each person has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to share their knowledge. Working with such an amazing group of people has shown me what a strong team culture looks like, and I know I'll have the opportunity to meet and learn from many more incredible coworkers as my journey continues. What excites me most is knowing that I've found a company where I can build a long-term career. It's rare to find a workplace that values its people while also providing opportunities to grow, and I truly believe Public Storage is a place where I can continue to learn, contribute, and eventually retire after a fulfilling career. Thank you again for making me feel like part of the team. I'm proud to be here, and I'm excited for everything the future holds with Public Storage.

Cons

Love it here none that I can think of.
