Pros
-they taught me how to SELL -they have scrips you memorize for everything you do so you feel so confident doing your job. -you learn ALOT about storing items, how to maximize the space in the unit. Very useful life tips I didn’t know I needed. -live onsite, or don’t you don’t have to. -you really do manage the everyday responsibilities of the store(s). I could go on for a while with the pros of this job.
Cons
-I would have liked to have more holidays off -you’re by yourself mostly so that comes with it’s difficulties -your DM could make or break your district, I had a good one luckily. -they put emphasis on sales and numbers but it’s not commission based (which I loved because I sucked at selling sometimes) -you have to deal with vendors, unloading a lot of merch by myself (I had a really big property) -you could not “move up” in the company at all really. They don’t promote within for the cooperate positions.
