Pros
Management is understanding and works with you. Benefits are pretty good and the overall job is pretty standard with, depending on store location, alot of downtime. Good for an inbetween job, maybe work for a year or two.
Cons
Pay. No advancement or upward movement on the field level. Just three positions, Relief Manager, Property Manager and KTP. The only differencr in pay is 1.50 when you become KTP. The only benefit of becoming a Property Manager is you don't have to travel to different locations in the district. They have an incentive program that requires hitting different standards and the reward is only 150.00 extra on your check that month, before taxes, and thats IF your property hits every metric. No raises like at all on the field level. A good job but not a career if you aren't corporate side.
