Pros
-Most properties you work are not super busy so you have free time to yourself throughout the day -you can become property manager and get free onsite living but your pay goes down -As long as you get your work done then you don’t have to worry about someone supervising you closely in person -not too much walking or too much physical stress besides when someone leaves something big on property you may have to move or ask for help -opportunity for a monthly $150 if your store(s) do well
Cons
-there isn’t much opportunity to move up the company at all and there’s mot much room for promotions as well -long days -not all offices have a break room, fridge or microwave which is annoying for lunch -you’re usually by yourself in the office so it can beget boring and you have to call someone for help if you’re confused or need back up -they underpay!!! -rude and crazy customers who freak out over small things and people who try to live in units, etc -I reported an employee for being overtly racist and nothing happened. Certain employees get away with anything if they do their job or work their long enough
