Pros
The people I have worked with have enriched my personal and professional life. When I joined Public Storage over 9 years ago I was told that my development would be a priority. It certainly was. Considering the size of the organization it is impressive how involved everyone has been. It wasn't just a statement but a commitment. Because of this culture it compels others to take a vested interest in their peer's and subordinate's development. We are more successful as a team then a group of individuals. This culture did not happen by accident. It took a forward thinking leader like Rob Havner to hire like minded people that supported his vision. Together they developed a company that embraces feedback, challenges each other and supports the company's objectives as a team. If a company is only as strong as it's people than this is one of the strongest organizations around. This is a wonderful place to work.
Cons
None. This is a very well run organization and we are proud to be a part of it.
