Pros
Flexible scheduling, potential for housing, good team locally with wealth of experience
Cons
On site live in managers take a pay cut to barely over minimum wage to live on property, long term customers leave with egregious price increases, budgets for what should be simple maintenance jobs are allocated to different departments resulting in issues at older properties not getting properly fixed if at all, district manager jobs are hired from external hires rather than internal promotions most of the time, pay rate is not commiserate for the sheer amount of different jobs expected of workers(cleaning, maintenance, security, collections, just to name a few for just above minimum wage), only 30 minutes allotted for lunches
