I'm genuinely grateful to be part of the Public Storage family. From the very beginning, I've felt supported, encouraged, and welcomed by everyone I've had the opportunity to work with.
A special thank you to Javon, our District Manager, whose leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for the team have made a lasting impression on me. His positive attitude and commitment to helping others succeed create an environment where people want to do their best.
I'd also like to recognize Akia, my trainer, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She has made my onboarding experience enjoyable and has given me the confidence to grow in my role every day.
I'm also thankful for Jimmy, Bree, Tabitha, Kevin, and every other Public Storage team member I've worked alongside. Each person has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to share their knowledge. Working with such an amazing group of people has shown me what a strong team culture looks like, and I know I'll have the opportunity to meet and learn from many more incredible coworkers as my journey continues.
What excites me most is knowing that I've found a company where I can build a long-term career. It's rare to find a workplace that values its people while also providing opportunities to grow, and I truly believe Public Storage is a place where I can continue to learn, contribute, and eventually retire after a fulfilling career.
