Pros

Nothing positive to say, generally. Pay is good, at certain levels, but not for all.

Cons

Agency management focused entirely on growth and revenue, to the detriment of all else. A toxic, politically-charged environment, in which attention to the quality and integrity of the work is appallingly low and inconsistent. People very quickly become cogs in the Publicis machine, with little room to advance, improve or have an impact beyond their day-to-day servitude. The only people who claim to like it here are either one of the overlords, working on a specific business at a particular moment in time, or simply not paying attention.

Pros

None besides meeting some good people

Cons

Publicis just posted record revenue and industry-leading margins. The board is using that performance to justify pushing CEO Arthur Sadoun's pay package to roughly $11 million. Meanwhile, plenty of the employees who actually delivered those numbers are looking at NO Merit for the last two years and a pay freeze — let alone reflect their contribution to the results being celebrated in the same earnings report. Record year. Same old story on who gets to share in it Horrible culture DO NOT COME TO WORK HERE!
