Pros

Historically good work/life balance. Smart, motivated co-workers.

Cons

In May 2023, the U.S. offices started announcing that if you have not been showing up in the office at least 3 days/week, you were not eligible for promotions or raises. And they applied this policy retroactively back to January 2023. So if your boss shared with you that they had put your name in for a raise in April, and you went to the office occasionally (like 80% of the company), you suddenly received the news that they had changed the rules. U.S. management said, "No raise for you. Come into the office 3 days a week, and maybe we'll give you a raise in July (trust us)."

Pros

None besides meeting some good people

Cons

Publicis just posted record revenue and industry-leading margins. The board is using that performance to justify pushing CEO Arthur Sadoun's pay package to roughly $11 million. Meanwhile, plenty of the employees who actually delivered those numbers are looking at NO Merit for the last two years and a pay freeze — let alone reflect their contribution to the results being celebrated in the same earnings report. Record year. Same old story on who gets to share in it Horrible culture DO NOT COME TO WORK HERE!
