Cons
Higher management are very rude and are very incompetent to do their jobs. Managers already have favourites and it WILL be made clear to you that if you do not do the managers dog work that he or she doesn’t want to do, you will start to be singled out. There is no training and development whatsoever, If management don’t like you they won’t invest any time in you. Everyone is two-faced and talks behind your back. HR is not there for you. What a toxic place to work, even clients complain about Publicis being such a poor run company. Absolutely over the moon to have left! Best thing that I’ve ever done. Good riddance to you awful awful people. That 2 faced behaviour is not what you need.
