      Pros

      Long term benefits such as profit sharing, 401 k and vacation, holidays off, Swap workdays with other colleagues. Lots of overtime due to understaffed stores

      Cons

      The workflow can lead you to failure and very stressful. Most stores work with one tech at a time and working on too many tasks
