Pros
growing company, treat your employees as good as they treat your customers.don't drink the cool aid...don't stay and get sucked in by there B S they could care less about you and I. The really have some store manager issues as well as Dept manager who where promoted from Fl just because they were willing to move. Very sad look from the inside out....
Cons
over worked part timers working full time and not given benefits. Your just a number there. Bringing in experienced managers up from Fl to NC causing a high turnover because they treat the employees like dirt. it was my worst experience in my 30 year career. pay is not equal to the job at other companies.
