Pros
Great place to make friends with associates & customers alike. Love putting a smile on peoples' faces when I help them out. Enjoy running the front end & cash office. Great opportunity for a fruitful career.
Cons
Takes up too much personal time, management can get political & favoritism runs too deeply. Corporate isn't very helpful for those at the store level.
