Pros
Great benefits. Creative. Friendly environment. You have plenty of oppurtunity for a pay raise. They only promote from within.
Cons
You must sell your soul. As a department head you work 60+ hours with no overtime pay. In a standard decorator position you rarely have time to take breaks. You have a ridiculous amount of work to complete most days and will be penalized if you don't. Two of my former district managers had a turnover rate of 83%.
