Pros
Great Customers and quality products. Provides excellent customer service.
Cons
Promotion is based on tenure, not performance, so upper management protected by length of time with the company, not how well they are qualified for leadership. Associates are treated like slaves, not part of a team and not allowed to give input and are made to feel despensable. Benefits are excellent if you have been there for years but not expanding or opening new stores.
