Pros
They provide reliable hours and good pay if you are a hard worker. They provide benefits such as stock, insurance and other benefits once you reach a certain amount of hours worked.
Cons
Management can ruin the work experience and often does. Even if you are an amazing employee and I mean associates that go out of their way to surpass what is expected of them. If the manager does not like you they will constantly hover over you waiting for you to make a mistake or disrupt your work and ask you why you do not have your work done. They also tend to jump to conclusions before knowing what has occurred even if its wrong. While on the other hand if you are favored you can pitch tantrums, spread or encourage discrimination(personally reported racist rants and discriminatory remarks made to customers and coworkers. Was told they were not discriminating they just had a difficult personality, nothing was done), stand around and talk while others do work and also tell lower management they can not tell you to do your job. I have seen management throw associates under the bus even though it was the managers fault for the incident.
