      Pros

      There used to be pros to this company but after the past 4 years, there are no longer any left.

      Cons

      Inept leadership at the executive and mid management level. Hire companies to tell them they need headcount to succeed but refuse to provide the headcount in turn expecting employees to take the brundt with overtime and continual internal team fighting and blaming.

      Love the people, great life balance, very interesting work

      Cons

      Salaries aren't as high as in tech, where many people in the Seattle/Bellevue area work, although benefits are fantastic
