Some politics in how people are promoted. Often times people are told they have a job before it is even posted. Management is hit and miss. There are some real down to earth great managers and then there are those who use the steamroll approach with little regard for casualties. Often times management asks for feedback and then doesn nothing with the feedback. It is as if they are checking a box "done" with no intent to make process improvements. Took raises away from all staff in 2010 and probably no bonus in 2011. Some senior level mang. are very innappropriate.
