Pay is great, and while the benefits could be slightly better, the company overall still stands out. What sets PulteGroup apart is how they treat employees like family. They genuinely invest in your growth and development, and that kind of support is hard to find in this industry. The culture may not be for everyone, but for someone like me who is passionate about my professional career and development, this is it.
