Pros
It was a nice environment before the massive layoffs started in August 2016. Laying off people who worked very hard while being under paid.
Cons
It was a great company before upper level management started fighting and made it Public. CEO has no integrity. He did not feel bad about laying off people in massive, in his interview he said that he is very proud of how he handled that situation by letting go hundreds of people. He sent an email to everybody in the company stating the same even we are still there (the ones who are being laid off). Low salaries company wide.
