Horrible HR Leadership - Not a “best place to work” - Human Resources PulteGroup Employee Review

While PulteGroup may be a “best place to work” that is not the case with working within the HR Department. The HR dept continually has the lowest engagement scores across the company and the HR leadership team is cliquish and self interested at best. The values that Bill Pulte built the company on have been traded for profits over people and every decision revolves around the executives hefty bonus targets.
