Pros

As someone who started with the company at a different location, the company itself is great to work for. It's well organized, open communication, competent management and has good purpose in the things it does. The benefits are good, there's a profit-share plan which resulted in some good bonuses. They hire a lot of intelligent, good, hardworking people that are genuine and professional about how things are done. Then I transferred to Orlando. There were many intelligent and good people in the Orlando office too, assuming they haven't yet all been run off.

Cons

The Orlando division office has segments of management that are allowed to operate in a divisive, "mean-girl" fashion. Upper management allows it mostly due to close personal relationships with these individuals, which ironically are only the result of the unrelenting artificial brown-nosing these individuals drown their superiors with. Sorority politics at it's finest, if you crave to work in an environment where a couple of individuals who have operated freely in the blind eye of HR act like middle schoolers talking negatively about everybody behind their back to everyone else, and create a power-tripping culture based in fear of retaliation and public oppression, then this might be the office for you! Ironically these individuals have formed their social posse's which primarily consist of people faking praise and support in order to avoid their wrath. Beyond behavioral issues of certain management individuals, my experience was poor from start to finish. There was no training of any substance at any point in time. Collaboration between departments was necessary and as more departments became overwhelmed due to the aggressive initiative of the new upper management, their cooperation took a nosedive. On average I worked about 11-12 hours a day without a lunch most days, yet new responsibilities kept getting piled on my plate (and when I left I was told they had no idea what I did). My superior was rarely actually available for me, and often made me feel like my communication with them was not a priority. Emails consistently went unanswered, there is no written procedure for anything and you're only explained half of anything when given a project almost always being told "see what you can figure out". This is not the place for work life balance. This is the place for social/political games. If you put your heart into this place you will leave with emotional damage. Don't work here, or at least go into it knowing it's a circus ride and try to laugh your way through the low-budget amusement that is this "professional workplace".
