If you're a person of color, queer, disabled, or anyone that isn't a white Christian man, RUN. Lots of hateful things are flung around by employees, senior or not, that consistently make me and other coworkers feel, at the minimum, unwelcome. The division I'm in originally promised full-time remote work, but then slipped that rug out from under us at least for our department. My manager often gets described as controlling by most people under them, and turnover has been terrible as a result. Upper management is still being wishy-washy when it comes to requiring vaccines at the time of writing (Dec 2021, before the deadline), and lots of unvaccinated people are playing hooky with mask rules in my office. I'm vaccinated and still wear my mask because I feel like I'm unable to trust my coworkers to care about anybody but themselves.
Other than that, pay is much lower than average, and there's definitely a gender pay disparity, at least in my division and department. You will be worked to the bone and get nothing but meaningless platitudes in return. I made 30% more money doing half of the work at other companies. Your work will be valued more elsewhere. Pulte, at least in my division, is just more concerned about making profit margins even bigger than before, even if it means getting rid of the work-life balance that they once touted so much.
