Pros
Overall a good place to work, nice people, good work/life balance, decent pay, and some perks.
Cons
Overall it was a great work/life balance, great people, fun culture, decent pay, and ton of perks. Just stay away from the Procurement Department. The 2 Managers: Are inexperienced at managing people and lack leadership skills. They are Hostile Communicators, aggressive, dishonest, impatient, tone deaf, disrespectful, temperamental, manage via group email, and conduct meetings like an interrogation. They demand authority and will assassinate your character if you question them in anyway. Spend all day with each other and only talk to their staff if they need something. The heavy workload would be fine if it counted towards something, but management gives everyone an average performance review. So it doesn’t matter if you are a hard worker or do the bare minimum. Promotions are based on personality and not performance. The one promotion I seen was said manager getting promoted from manager to director. Sets very high standards for performance without providing clear guidelines on how to reach them and cannot give you a clear answer about how to develop or thrive in your position.
