Pros

The office is located right above the cove so we were able to take a break and walk down to the beach. We got lunch catered 3 times a week with an occasional happy hours (aimed for every month but never works out).  Kitchen was always stocked with healthy snacks and drinks. The office was very casual and no dress code.

Cons

Realizing there is no room for growth, this company is more appropriate for a college  graduate looking for an entry level job versus an actual career. During the year working there, I was told I was in line for a raise and to "keep doing what I do" but never received one. However, a few coworkers received raises within 6 months of their hire. Received no holiday bonus, despite being told that the year was the "best year we have done in sales" and the company was doing well. However our CEO was able to get a brand new Range Rover for himself. No HR department and poor management from the higher-ups. I was sent an article link on how to do better at my job. But when I asked if I was doing anything wrong, was told nothing. I never felt fully appreciated from the higher-ups. My ideas and opinions were often shot down but when re-mentioned from another person, they were praised. I never felt like I belonged at this company and couldn't grow with them.
