Pros
Pura Vida Bracelets was a great company to work for. I worked for this company for a little over a year and had a blast. Some of the Pro's were: - Relaxed dress code and office vibe. Ocean view from my desk - 3 catered lunches a week from various restaurants - Happy hour once every 4-6 weeks - Amazing coworkers - Full health and 401k benefits Also - the biggest Pro for me was that I really felt as though my voice could be heard. When I had suggestions I was listened to and sometimes they were put in place. Obviously not all of my suggestions were great but overall I feel as though employees voices are heard.
Cons
- I don't have many cons. There was really good structure being put in place as I had to leave and that would have been my only con was lack of structure. As I was leaving there was managers being put in place and I would have liked to be a part of that.
