Pros

The people are great, the office itself is beautiful, and the company's B-corp status made everyone feel good about working for a good brand.

Cons

We were consistently losing money every quarter and it reflected negatively into the team culture, eventually leading to 50% staff layoff. Not sure how much longer the brand will be around but I would love to see it thrive again!
