      There is nothing positive about working for this company. Everyone is out for themselves and upper management does not seem to care for their employees, only their clients. They hire anyone out of desperation

      No proper training There is no actual process on how anything is done All decision making is decentralized Upper management does now care for the well being of their employees

      Good Salary and good benefits

      Cons

      Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
