      - Growing, ambitious company and family owned - Open culture, higher management very accessible, very good atmosphere - Because the company is growing it creates new opportunities for the employees. They invests a lot in R&D and production to support the growth

      - Not very flexible towards homeworking however flexible hours.

      Good Salary and good benefits

      Cons

      Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
