Pros
There are opportunities but it takes time to achieve them. Privately owned and your colleagues seem to genuinely care about quality of work Flexible with hours as long as you are doing a good job
Cons
Projects take a long time to get lifted off the ground, many employees are extremely critical and their departure for various reasons can mean total derailment of projects. HQ in Europe sometimes seems out of touch with day to day operations that effect the bottom line Growth ladder within the company can be a bit vague at times and internal rather than external hiring needs to be increased.
